Problem Statement
There is an underserved group of persons with disabilities who have graduated from SPED schools but are not in employment or placed in adult disability care services due to the lack of relevant services.
Solution
YMCA Club LITE aims to continue engaging the underserved group through suitable activities and programmes to support persons with disabilities in achieving social and independent skills, increasing their wellbeing and confidence.

Outcomes
The programme aims to provide an alternative and structured programme for post-18 persons with disabilities on the waitlist for adult disability care or employment services.
The programme would enhance the level of confidence through intentional engagement and empowering lifelong independence through life skills-related activities.
SPED graduates would continue to be engaged meaningfully during the transition from SPED schools to employment or adult disability care services.
